Nudity is not permitted on the land and most of the other restaurants have the same policy. Having
Illegal drugs or drinking alcohol on our sacred land is not permitted. Land owners can loose their land if they permit
the use of illegal drugs, like marajuana. Drinking of alcohol is permited at our beach cafe below Shambhala
which is on zona federal (federal property). Our policy of zero tolerance is for security, peace and harmony.
Please respect our policies, they are for your protection as well as ours.
Zi[polite is a clothing optional beach, however nudity is not allowed openly on Shambhala property and most of the other
restaurants that line the beach have the same no nudity rule on the premises. Because of a few disrespectful
individuals, Zipolite now has a local law prohibiting sexual acts on the beach day or night. The
new ordinance will be inforced by the local police and military patroling the beach. Please do your sexual thing in private!
